Empark Prime Hotel Beijing

The luxurious amenities offered at this hotel surpassed my expectations. the indoor swimming pool was a highlight, and the sauna and Jacuzzi added to the exclusive experience. the room had many advantages, including private facilities, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the service. Although the staff were polite, there was a slight language barrier that made communication a bit difficult at times.

I recently stayed at Empark Prime Hotel Beijing with my family and it was a very pleasant experience. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay for all of us and the location was ideal for exploring the city. We particularly enjoyed the traditional Chinese court music played live on stage, offering a unique and memorable cultural experience right at the hotel.

My wife says that the children's play area could use some improvement to make it more engaging for kids.

I keep coming back for city breaks. Bug spray help was memorable. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a fitness studio. It has everything I need and more, making each stay comfortable and convenient.

The location was excellent, with convenient access to the subway stations National Art Museum and Dongsi. This made it easy for us to explore Beijing and visit attractions like Wanfujing Shopping street. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful.

The hotel itself was quite dated and in need of maintenance. the toilet in our room was constantly flushing and had to be repaired each time it was used.

Great location, very convenient for exploring the city. the hotel is close to public transportation and a convenience store, making it easy to get around and grab any essentials you need. the staff at the Chinese restaurant were friendly and provided excellent service.

The staff's English proficiency could be improved, as it was difficult to communicate with them. the noise from the doors was quite noticeable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The Empark Prime Hotel in Beijing offers a spacious, well-decorated room with a big bathroom and good quality toiletries. The hotel also provides a non-smoking room, making it suitable for those with sensitive lungs. The door men, dressed in red suits, are extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Dongsi subway station. Right around the corner from the subway station, guests can find excellent local restaurants, a good bakery, and a coffee shop that operates 24 hours.

The Empark Prime Hotel Beijing felt cosy, but nothing was too much trouble.

The location near Line 6 subway is convenient. English-speaking receptionists and buffet breakfast with both oriental and western food. Helpful tour desk staff can arrange tours and local transportation. Good value for money.

Impressive lobby, helpful staff, and well-equipped amenities make for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, and the hotel has a maintained feel. Complimentary gym access is a bonus, and breakfast can be enjoyed on-the-go. Good value for the price.👍

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke good English. They went above and beyond to assist us when my iPhone was stolen and tried their best to help us recover it. They even acted as translators for my students and a teacher when they were stuck at Silk Market late at night. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the subway and Wangfujing shopping area. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were delighted to find that the hotel had excellent facilities for both.

I would have appreciated more comfortable seating in the lobby for senior folks. The children working there were helpful and kind, but more seating would have made the stay even more enjoyable for older guests.

The food at the hotel's eateries was hot, tasty, and offered a good variety, especially for those who enjoy Western cuisine. The reception and trip staff were very helpful, and the hotel's location was great for walking to key areas.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel itself felt luxurious and I even got a free upgrade to a room with a king-sized bed. The reception staff spoke good English, which made communication easy. Additionally, there were convenient stores and good restaurants nearby.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The best aspect was the location, as it was close to historical monuments, two subway stations, and the airport. Additionally, the cleanliness was remarkable, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The staff provided professional and helpful service to us throughout our stay.

Hot Tub: After a long day exploring, I soaked in the hotel hot tub, feeling like a dumpling in a steam basket. The views of Beijing from the tub were as comforting as a warm hug, and I emerged feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Unstable Wi-Fi:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this modern and culturally-rich hotel. The indoor pool was lovely and the staff were accommodating. Although the concierge was unable to provide a city or metro map, the business center and bellman provided helpful alternatives. we recommend this hotel.

The room at Empark Prime Hotel Beijing was so spacious and cozy, and the Beijing city views were spectacular. As a business traveller, having free wifi and internet access was a huge plus.

I found the air conditioning a bit too powerful for my liking.

I felt like royalty with the elegant entrance and traditional roofs. The French cuisine at Elysee's Grill was divine. And I loved taking a dip in the indoor pool and sauna.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! Just kidding, there was nothing I didn't like.
